Pastor Bell brings to us a wealth of ideas, wisdom, and experience. He has served God faithfully in the ministry for many years, preaching his first sermon at age 12, at a watch night service, with no manuscript,  yet entitled “The Time is Now!” He studied for years under the “watchful eye” of his “Father in the Ministry”.
